Chloe Ferry set hearts racing in a tiny pink crochet bikini as she enjoyed a cheeky drink to celebrate her 29th birthday with her friends in Ibiza on Saturday.

The Geordie Shore star, who put her £1.3m five-bedroom home on the market last month, looked incredible as she strutted around the garden in a pale pink two-piece which she teamed with a matching beach skirt.

She paired her beachy ensemble with white sandals from Hermes, which cost £610, and Ray Ban sunglasses.

She completed her look with an array of gold bracelets and hoop earrings.

It comes after she put her £1.3million five-bedroom home up for sale last month.

The TV star was clearly in the mood for a party, as she was seen sipping on a drink while sat at a table in the hotel.

Her celebrations come after Chloe put her Newcastle home up for sale earlier this week for an exorbitant £1.3million.

She originally bought the home for £1.1million just three years ago in 2021, however, it seems she is already keen to move on.

As well as several bedrooms, the home also has five bathrooms, a luxurious cinema room, a bar, a games room, a dressing room and a double garage.

The reality personality has a large open-plan kitchen, which is centred around an island and features contemporary black cabinets and cream quartz worktops.

Chloe's home also has a double garage which she has partially converted into a gym to keep up with her fitness regime, which includes a punching bag, StairMaster and weights.

The entrance to the house features a grand staircase leading up to the first floor, into a hallway that has artwork covering the walls and a selection of sleek black furniture.

The property also features a large garden, which party-goer Chloe would no doubt have taken advantage of to entertain her friends at the house.

To complement her look, she completed her look with a plethora of gold bangles and chunky gold hoop earrings.

Their celebrations come after Chloe put her Newcastle home on the market earlier this week for an eye-watering £1.3million.

The property sits on acres of fields surrounding the property, while the garden space is secured by a gate for privacy and security.

Chloe's massive driveway is perfect for her car collection, which previously included a Lamborghini, a G-Wagon and a Bentley.

She looks out over the space through floor-to-ceiling windows, which appear on both floors of the home, which has been listed by Pattinson Estate Agents.

Chloe told her Instagram followers on social media that she felt like "the luckiest girl in the world" after moving into the mansion.

She put the lavish property on the rental market in 2022 for an exorbitant £7,000 per month, but it's unclear if anyone ever moved in.

Her Instagram is littered with snaps taken inside the lavish property.
